Easy Returns within 14 Days:
Absolutely! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
❗ Please note, at the moment, we only accept 14-day returns from European Union countries and the US.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. If you need a different size, please start a return for your current pair and make a new order on our website for the size you want.
Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, so we don’t provide a shipping label.
Regardless of your location, all our orders come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product, reach out to us via email with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
Returning from the US (14-day Returns):
Attach a copy of your invoice and a completed US 14-day Returns Form with the items you’re returning.
Send the goods back in their original state, without signs of wear or damage, to our address:

Once we receive the package and it meets the conditions, expect a full refund within 14 days.
Returning from the EU (14-day Returns):

Eco-Friendly Packaging:
Help us be environmentally conscious! Pack the product box in the original packaging or use an eco-friendly alternative like wrapping paper, a reusable shopping bag, etc. Proper packaging helps prevent box damage and allows us to reuse it.
